That is a good question and we would also like to know the answer too. Ever since Kalan Porter won Season 2 Canadian Idol, he hit like a storm and  put out two amazing albums that did well in Canada but somehow couldn’t break the barrier into the US. Whether it was due to things lacking in the Canadian Idol franchise, his recording company, management, timing or some unknown reason, we want to change that.

Kalan Porter’s Wake Up Living cd so far has been his best material and most of the songs could be hits on the radio.  A cd like this should have easily gone international. Even there was a few songs that were never released on the radio that should have been, such as Wrong and Walk On Home (listen below and judge for yourself).

Let’s resurrect this cd into the US and elsewhere, giving  it the attention and airplay it deserves. Request him and the songs on your local radio station, MuchMusic, MTV, etc! Trend him on Twitter, spread the word on Facebook, watch his most popular videos on Youtube (they each need a million+ views), mention him to all your friends on MySpace, in forums and anywhere else that can get him known internationally!
